Co-Founder & CEO
Eman Eladawy
Architect | Strategist | Sustainability Advocate
With 18 years of experience across luxury residential, commercial, and complex sports facilities, Eman is an expert at bridging the gap between high-level architectural vision and flawless technical execution. She has served as the Head of Interior for an award-winning architecture firm in the Middle East, leading the delivery of high-end retail portfolios and luxury, sustainable architectural and interior projects.
Her background is rooted in high-performance design and construction, including the delivery of international-standard sporting facilities and professional-grade tennis centers. Eman’s core strength is "making things happen"—ensuring that design intent translates into reality through meticulous quality control, strict adherence to deadlines, and a "product-first" philosophy that prioritizes the integrity of the build.
Since 2017, she has directed cross-functional teams, aligning designers, consultants and contractors while maintaining a rigorous focus on material performance. Her MSc in Sustainable Development and LEED Green Associate credential provide the academic foundation to ensure every material sourced is not only aesthetically "elevated" but also responsibly validated for a circular future.
